Before & during
We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you phone in, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own property. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we sort it out that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything falls behind, I phone you before you need to phone us.

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier if it falls on a holiday weekend.
Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
We pump the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit in place until you contact us for removal.
